Samynthos Organic Whole Unheated Raw Tahini is a 200 g sesame tahini made at temperatures below 30°C. It has a fresh raw-seed character with a slightly bitter finish, contains sesame, and should be refrigerated after opening.

Samynthos Organic Whole Tahini is a 300g cold-pressed sesame paste made with Sesame Paste*. Production notes specify heating the seed to 65°C and processing the paste at 40-42°C, with roasted-sesame aromas and pistachio and hazelnut notes in the finish.

Maskaroi 2025 is a dry white Brut Nature sparkling wine from Santorini. Bottle-refermented with Aidani and Potamisi, it has zero dosage, no added sulfites, balanced acidity, a fruity taste and a clean finish.
