Payments & Currency
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) via secure gateways Stripe, Braintree, and Revolut. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience. We do not accept personal checks or cash.
In which currency will I be charged?
All transactions are processed in Euros (€). While you may see indicative prices in other currencies, your bank will apply the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Packaging & Safety
How do you protect fragile items like glass bottles?
We use a Luxury Double-Boxing system. Products are placed in a premium white gift box with gold-foil printing, protected by Airwave recyclable cushions. This is then placed inside a heavy-duty 5-ply recyclable outer carton for maximum security during global transit.
Shipping & Customs
Do I have to pay import duties?
For orders outside the EU (e.g., USA, South Korea), the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes. However, for South Korea, we provide documentation under the EU-Korea FTA to help minimize or eliminate tariffs on eligible products.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely. Once dispatched, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number via email to monitor your package from Greece to your doorstep in real-time.
