General

These online Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through elenianna websites (including .com, .gr, .kr, .fr, .de, .nl, etc.), owned and operated by Elenianna S.M.P.C.. Registered office: Ispilantou 174, 18758, Keratsini, Greece (GEMI: 124248001000).

By using elenianna services, you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. We sell products to adults (18+). Alcohol listings are strictly for adults over the age of 18 (or the legal drinking age in your country of residence). Elenianna reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using our websites, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 Terms are subject to change without prior notice. Amended terms are binding for all purchases made after publication.
1.3 If any term is found invalid by a court, the remaining terms continue to be valid and enforceable.

2. Placing an Order

2.1 You must be 18 or over to place an order.
2.2 We confirm receipt via email. A contract is formed only when we email you confirming the dispatch of the items.
2.3 We may decline orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

3. Availability & Pricing

3.1 All products are subject to availability. Seasonal items may have limited stock.
3.2 Prices are shown in Euro (€). Indicative prices in other currencies (USD, KRW, etc.) may be shown, but final conversion is handled by the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) at checkout.

4. Payment & Customs

4.1 We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, and Revolut Pay.
4.2 We do not store sensitive financial data. All transactions are protected by SSL/PCI secure environments.
4.3 International Shipping (Non-EU): The customer is solely responsible for all import customs clearance, duties, and local taxes. If you refuse to pay these fees and the shipment is returned or forfeited, no refund will be issued for goods or shipping costs.

5. Delivery Information

5.1 We ship worldwide via DHL Express. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
5.2 Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. While we aim for delivery within 5-9 business days for international orders, we cannot guarantee specific dates.
5.3 Full Tracking: All orders are sent via traceable service. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel from our warehouse in Greece to your doorstep.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Faulty or incorrect items must be reported immediately via our Contact Us page.

7. Ownership of Rights

7.1 All content (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Elenianna S.M.P.C. and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
