Terms & Conditions
General
These online Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through elenianna websites (including .com, .gr, .kr, .fr, .de, .nl, etc.), owned and operated by Elenianna S.M.P.C.. Registered office: Ispilantou 174, 18758, Keratsini, Greece (GEMI: 124248001000, VAT/ΑΦΜ:GR800470000). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.
By using elenianna services, you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. We sell products to adults (18+). Alcohol listings are strictly for adults over the age of 18 (or the legal drinking age in your country of residence) — see Section 7. Elenianna reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion, for reasons which may include suspected fraud, pricing errors, or failure to meet eligibility criteria; where possible, we will inform you of the reason.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using our websites, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 Terms are subject to change without prior notice. Amended terms are binding for all purchases made after publication.
1.3 If any term is found invalid by a court, the remaining terms continue to be valid and enforceable.
2. Placing an Order
2.1 You must be 18 or over to place an order.
2.2 We confirm receipt via email. A contract is formed only when we email you confirming the dispatch of the items.
2.3 We may decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet eligibility criteria; where an order is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.
3. Availability & Pricing
3.1 All products are subject to availability. Seasonal items may have limited stock.
3.2 Prices are shown in Euro (€) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of applicable VAT for orders shipped within the European Union. Indicative prices in other currencies (USD, KRW, etc.) may be shown, but final conversion is handled by the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) at checkout.
3.3 For orders shipped outside the EU, prices may be shown exclusive of local taxes, which are payable by the customer as described in Section 4.3.
4. Payment & Customs
4.1 We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, and Revolut Pay.
4.2 We do not store sensitive financial data. All transactions are protected by SSL/PCI secure environments.
4.3 International Shipping (Non-EU): The customer is solely responsible for all import customs clearance, duties, and local taxes. If you refuse to pay these fees and the shipment is returned or forfeited, no refund will be issued for goods or shipping costs.
5. Delivery Information
5.1 We ship worldwide via DHL Express. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
5.2 Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. While we aim for delivery within 5-9 business days for international orders, we cannot guarantee specific dates.
5.3 Full Tracking: All orders are sent via traceable service. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel from our warehouse in Greece to your doorstep.
5.4 "Business days" refers to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Greece.
6. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
6.1 Faulty or incorrect items must be reported immediately via our Contact Us page.
6.2 For detailed procedures on returns, the statutory right of withdrawal, and the statutory warranty, please refer to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6.3 If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our Customer Care Team, you may submit it to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Age-Restricted Products (Alcohol)
7.1 Products containing alcohol may only be purchased by, and will only be delivered to, adults meeting the legal drinking age of their country of residence.
7.2 Our carrier may require an adult signature and photo ID verification at the point of delivery for orders containing alcohol; delivery will be refused if age cannot be confirmed.
7.3 We do not ship alcohol to destinations where its import or sale is restricted or prohibited by local law; it is the customer's responsibility to confirm this before ordering.
8. Ownership of Rights
8.1 All content (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Elenianna S.M.P.C. and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 Elenianna shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elenianna's liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order, save for liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).
11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence where you are a consumer resident in the European Union.
