1. Returns Due to Defect or Wrong Delivery
1.1. At elenianna, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a faulty product, a wrong item, or encounter any issue resulting from our error, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately via our Contact Us section. To expedite the process, please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
1.2. For returns caused by proven defects or errors on our part, the following conditions apply:
- i) Collection: Returns must be sent to our Distribution Centre at 174 Ipsilantou street, Keratsini, Attiki, PO 187 58, Greece. Collection will be arranged exclusively via our partner carriers (DHL/UPS) after we have verified the issue.
- ii) Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, in their intact original packaging, and stored under proper conditions until collected.
- iii) Documentation: The original Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice, or Delivery Note must accompany the return. Requests cannot be fulfilled without these documents.
2. Rewards & Loyalty Points
2.1. In the event of a return or rescission, any points earned from the specific purchase within the elenianna Rewards Program will be cancelled. If the remaining balance of your order after the return falls below the points-eligibility threshold, the corresponding points will be removed from your account.
