Blending ancient Greek wisdom with modern clinical science, this 95% natural formulation offers a sophisticated solution for gingivitis prevention and halitosis treatment without the harsh burning sensation of commercial rinses.

Clinically Proven Effectiveness: The Science of Nature

Unlike standard oral rinses, Chios Mastiha Gingivaction is backed by rigorous scientific validation. A clinical study conducted by the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Bern (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT06766097) confirms its efficacy.

  • Combat Halitosis: Proven to reduce hydrogen sulfide (H2S)—the primary cause of bad breath—by up to 43% in orthodontic patients.
  • Target Volatile Compounds: Actively manages unpleasant odors caused by sulfur volatile compounds in the oral cavity.
  • Gum Health: Supports the reduction of bacterial plaque and prevents gum inflammation (gingivitis).

Key Ingredients & Benefits

Formulated with 95% ingredients of natural origin, this luxury mouthwash combines the bioactive power of Chios Mastiha resin (Pistacia lentiscus var. chia) with soothing botanicals.

  • Chios Mastiha (Oil & Aqueous Extract): Renowned for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Alpine Rose Extract: Provides antioxidant protection and soothing care for sensitive gums.
  • Glycine: An amino acid that supports tissue repair and oral health.
  • Gentle Formulation: Free from gluten and colorants. Offers a mild, unique taste without any burning sensation.
  • Fluoride Protection: Contains Sodium Fluoride (250 ppm F-) to strengthen tooth enamel against decay.

How to Use for Optimal Oral Hygiene

Incorporate Gingivaction into your daily luxury grooming routine for a unique, long-lasting Mastiha flavor.

  • Dosage: Use undiluted. Fill the dosage cup with 15ml of the solution.
  • Rinse: Swish vigorously for 20 seconds, 2-3 times daily. Do not swallow.
  • For Children (6 years & younger): Use a pea-sized amount (1ml) for supervised rinsing to minimize swallowing.

Frequently Asked Questions about Chios Mastiha Mouthwash

Does Chios Mastiha mouthwash really help with bad breath?

Yes. Chios Mastiha Gingivaction is clinically proven to reduce H2S levels (which cause bad breath) by up to 43%. It neutralizes sulfur volatile compounds rather than just masking them, providing effective and long-lasting breath freshness.
