Reward Points Terms and Conditions

The elenianna Points Program ("Program") sponsored by elenianna S.M.P.C. ("Sponsor") is designed to reward you for your loyalty. You earn points by shopping at elenianna.com (the "Site"), referring friends, or sharing product feedback. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form part of the overall Site Terms and Conditions. This agreement is binding between you and the Sponsor.

Program Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or older.

  • To enroll, register for a free elenianna account at elenianna/register.

  • A subscription is not required to earn points.

How to Earn Points

Members earn elenianna Points through the following actions:

  • Membership Sign-up (Annual Subscription): 2000 Points

  • Shopping: Earn 100 Points for every €2 spent on full-size products (excluding taxes).

  • Product Reviews: 500 Points per review for the first 5 eligible product reviews completed.

Only products purchased through elenianna.com are eligible for review points. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust or cancel point values at any time.

Redeeming Points

  • Redemption Rate: 1000 Points = €1

  • How to Redeem: Apply Points during checkout in the "Use my rewards points" section.

  • Points can be used for full or partial orders.

  • Points cannot exceed the order total and are not redeemable for cash.

  • Points are only valid on full-size product purchases on the Site.

Points Validity

  • Registration Points: Expire 30 days after being earned.

  • Purchase Points: Expire 12 months after being earned.

  • Point balance and history are available in your Account page.

Refunds & Returns

  • Items purchased with Points can be refunded in Points only.

  • Points earned from refunded purchases will be deducted.

Modifications and Termination

Sponsor may change or cancel the Program, point structure, or rewards at any time without notice. Participation in the Program after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Sponsor may suspend or terminate a Member's account for violation of these terms or actions deemed abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the Program's intent.

Trust and Transparency

  • All points and rewards are subject to availability.

  • The Program complies with applicable international data protection and commerce standards.

  • elenianna ensures secure transactions via HTTPS and verified payment platforms.

Legal

  • Governing Law: Greek law applies. Disputes shall be resolved in Athens courts.

  • Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify elenianna for violations of these terms.

  • Release of Liability: Except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct, elenianna is not responsible for any damages resulting from Program participation.
