Ingredients

500g Yellow Split Peas
2 eggs
1 chopped dry onion
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup fresh mint chopped
flour
olive oil for frying
Salt & freshly black pepper

Method

Boil the fava and let it cool.

Put it in a large bowl and add the eggs, onion, mint, and salt and stir until the mixture is firm.

We make meatballs, slightly lumpy. After passing them through the flour, fry them until golden brown. Leave them on kitchen paper to absorb excess olive oil and serve.
